I've just been told that my Great Uncle Brian has died. I'm not sure what to think yet. I haven't seen uncle Brian for about a year but I know that he has been very ill for a long time and I remember him looking a little frail when I saw him last. He was a funny, gentle man who always made me laugh and he will always be remembered every time I turn down a cup of coffee. I don't like coffee at all and every time I ask my Granny for orange squash she says " Just like your uncle Brian", he couldn't stand coffee either.I feel I should cry or morn or at least something but all I feel is guilty for not knowing my great uncle very well. What has really upset me was he was younger than my Granny and the idea of her passing away breaks my heart.I guess I've just been reminded of the mortality of the people I love.

Lifes been hectic since newyear. I've been working in Tamworth for two day which sucked and now im on 7.00 starts which has kicked my social life in the nuts. I have my very late xmas party on Saturday whch is set to be boring as hell but at least its on open bar. Feeling fat and generally grumpy as hell.

So much for my new year's resolution of posting something every day!
Christmas has been and gone, blessedly and new year went with a bang, with Charlie and I running around the seaside dressed in our thankfully completed costumes. There is a photo in our album if you want to take a peek. Auntie Janes wedding went well with none of my family doing anything too embarrassing. Charlie went down really well with all my family and much to my disgust I think they like him better than me!, but he's forgiven as I like him better than most of my family anyway.
Not much to report really, my life has become very chilled and I'm loving every minute!

Now that xmas day has been and gone it wasn't as bad as I thought it may be. Xmas eve was spent in the arms of my love as it should be. He gave me two very cool pressys. One was a ring , no not that kind of ring and the other was a little book about the Incredibles. Both pressys were so cute and so thoughtful.
Xmas day came with no ceremony, no fanfare. I got up and plodded about for a bit. Did the normal xmas stuff like run a virus scan on my pc. Opened our pressys after a great lunch and I got some great things but Santa did leave me one pressy I could have done without, a stinking cold. In the end I was very little of my family because I stayed in my room felling pants, working on my costume and watching films.

Yay! Last day of work for four whole days!! I thought a new look was in order to celebrate the up coming festivities so MERRY CHRISTMAS!! One and all.
I have mixed feelings regarding the up coming party season. This xmas has been one of my most stressful with the list of demands on my ever running out time growing longer and longer. I love Charlie to pieces and the demands of my parents to spend time with them are frustrating when I would rather spend my time with him. Its out first xmas and sitting around watching my parents get drunk is slightly less appealing when compared to spending it snuggles up with the man I love. I know I sound selfish and that many would kill to be in my position but this is how I'm feeling right now.
This evening I made time to spend an evening with the second most special person in my life, my best friend Leila. It was spent swapping stories and updating each other on our lives from the past three months. Leila recently began training as a nurse and we have barely seen each other.
Well all my pressies are wrapped, I'm off to see my granny tomorrow and I still have my costume to make (sigh) there goes my day of rest.

Well since my last update i've been working madly on Charlie's Anakin costume. It's taken me four days of sewing like crazy, suffering pricked fingers and a sore back plus rushing to Charlie's for fittings all this and working full time to but it's done and he loves it!

I haven't posted in the longest time but I have been stupidly busy. Work is occupying way too much of my mind, not to mention the upcoming xmas bull shite.
My one savior through this has been my love, Charlie and this redesign is dedicated to him. I love him completely even though I don't tell him half as much as I should. Damn aren't I sickening??
Off to see the long awaited King Kong tomorrow night. Hopefully it will live up to Charlies expectations, I just hope I can go the three hours without needing a cigarette.
Friday night Charlie and I are out for xmas drinks with some of his friends. God I hope they like me and I don't do anything really daft.
Saturday is to be spent shopping woohoo I've already done (and wrapped) all my xmas shopping so we are going for Charlies pressys and to find an acceptable Padme outfit for me to wear on New years eve. As Charlie really wants to go as Anakin I have to go as a obviously pregnant padme, not that I mind! I love a chance to get really dressed up and wear a wig but its going to take a lot of work and a lot of time so sunday im going to drag Charlie home with me for his first fitting. I've got to get started or we are never going to be ready.

Its been a little while since I've posted, not because nothing has happened more because I cant think of anything to say. I've been on holiday this past week. Its been wonderful, I've spent a fortune on DVD's and a lot of time with Charlie whom I love to bits. Having had my car breakdown on Wednesday put a bit of a downer on things but after a little negotiation with my mum I am now driving her Ford Puma, which to be honest sucks. It drives like a roller skate and is way too sensitive.
Friday 18th November ~ I worked during the day then went to Jans house to load The Sims on to her daughters PC. I had expected it to take along time but eight o'clock saw me running out the door to pick up Charlie leaving her to finish installing the last expansion pack.
Saturday 19th November ~ I had, Being a dumb ass, volunteered to work in the morning testing our now system during its roll out. What started out as a nice easy ride on double pay slowly turned in to a living hell, With everything that could go wrong going wrong in a short space of time. Cue a lot of pleading, begging and shouting. I finally left at about four, leaving behind a hell of a lot of work but hey I had a party to get ready for!. The aforementioned party was actually a wedding reception for two of Charlies friends. The evening started badly with our taxi not showing up but when we finally got there It was great. An amazingly bad Wedding band and great food. I had a wonderful time.
Sunday 20th November ~ Sundays usually see Charlie and I hitting the shops followed by the sheets and this weekend was no exception. We watched a few films. Shawn of the dead which was hilarious, Batman, a classic and an old favorite followed by Commando, all I can say is that's one big horny gay commando!
Monday 21st November ~ Lazed around with the intention of doing a lot but did nothing.
Tuesday 22nd November ~ My mum had the day off so we went to Clark's village shopping. I had a good time, didn't spend too much but did come home with new boots. Naughty naughty Lisa, must learn to control this foot wear obsession.
Wednesday 22nd November ~ I picked Charlie up from work and wee hit the mall again. Tried to go home but my car wouldn't start. Cue a panicked phone call to my dad. He arrived and after a failed attempt to jump start the car I called Green flag. I was charged Seventy two pounds just to get some guy to come out and look at it! The woman was rude, aggressive and not very reassuring. I wanted to be rescued not given a mouth full of abuse. After ten minutes on the phone a nice man was sent to rescue me. He arrived within twenty minutes and with a wave of his magic wand, or banging my starter engine with a big stick, started my car.
Thursday 23rd November ~ I really can't remember what I did. Is that bad?
Friday 24th November ~ Managed to convince my mum that I can drive her car and that I wont crash it. She said yes so off I went to Charlies. Cue great food, great films and great "cuddling"
Saturday 25th November ~ Not having a car is really starting to cramp my social life. Crawling around for permition to borrow my mums is becoming humiliating. I want my baby back!
Sunday 26th November ~ Got up way too late to do much, that my excuse and I'm sticking to it. Off to Charlies in a bit.

I thought I would check out Ebay tonight, see what all the hype is about and see if I could find myself a bargan mobile phone. Enyone who knows me will know I recently perchased a new phone and I hate it with a passion. Im currently bidding on 8 items, all long term and still low, and I have won 3 lots, all Nightmare before xmas stuff from Japan. It sucks waiting for the shipping and when you bid you have a add about £10 for shipping but for about £25 i've managed to get 3 new things for the collection "Happy bunny dance".

I did this Yesterday and I put it up for offer before I went out. When I came back three hours later I had fourteen requests. I've never had an offer fill up so quickly, now one happy bunny lol. My faith in my creativity restored im off to tackle some more tags.

Bit of a bla day so far and as its quarter past nine on a Tuesday night I don't think anything exciting is going to happen now. Work was boring as always and I'm still concerned about my immediate bosses obvious drug abuse.
Thought I'd spend some time "tagging" but I'm suffering a complete lack of ideas once again so I have filled all my outstanding requests and closed all my offers in an attempt to give myself some breathing room. I've created one thing today that I actually like, the rest sucks but everyone's happy with what they have so no biggy.

This weekend was once again spent in the arm's of my love discussing bad plots and playing hide and seek. Movies were watched and pulled apart as always. We ended up having a werewolf evening of sorts, starting with Gingersnaps : unleashed which was better than expected but not as good as the first. Second came Gingersnaps Back which was odd to say the least as I had seen the previous two movies it was hard to put in to context. Finally we watched The Howling which I had not seen before and once again I hate to say I fell asleep halfway through. On Sunday we watched Brotherhood Of the Wolf which I really enjoyed. Although its in French the subtitles didn't distract from the film and its a film I'm currently searching out on Amazon. After that we watched They Live! Which id never heard of before and was surprised by how well it was done. Alien invasion can be a difficult plot to pull of without coming over very tacky and although our hero sported a very dodgy mullet it was believable.

I've been looking forward to this weekend for roughly six months and it didn't disappoint.
Friday night came and went with a lot of singing, a lot of bizarrely named cocktails and a decent amount of pasta. It being my friends birthday, she was very drunk but I was very sober as I had to get up freakishly early the following morning. I arrived at Charlie's hyped on too much sugar and girly company and proceeded to fall asleep halfway through KING KONG. I didn't even see them make it to the island, one for another time again. Must stop falling asleep halfway through films. Charlie, who must have been having very lewd thoughts decided to wake me up and for reasons best kept to myself I didn't get back to sleep till about half past three, which wasn't good as the alarm clock was set for seven thirty.
Saturday came to find me very tired and blurry eyed which was understandably bad as Charlie and I were off to Birmingham for the bike show. I'm a motorbike lover and having been practically raised on them, this show is one of the major events of my year. I relish getting a good look at the new models and actually being able to get on them is almost orgasmic. This was Charlie's first show and he gamely came along with me, not really sure what to expect. He's now in lust with a Harley nighttrain along with any Ducati that crosses his field of vision. It was a wonderful day but very tiring. The journey home felt like it took forever and both of us couldn't wait to get out of the car by the end. Nice hot delivered Chinese food put an end to the day with me once again falling asleep at roughly seven, halfway through Texas chainsaw massacre 2. We didn't wake up again until about half past eight Sunday morning, even Charlies snoring didn't wake me.
Work on Monday, in at seven, someone save me.
